Anne Njuki is founder and Managing Director of Sayuni Capital. She is passionate about driving the African growth narrative, and believes in stewardship of capital in line with the core values of equity, fairness and love.

She previously worked as a senior investment professional at DOB Equity, a Dutch family-backed impact fund, after working as a senior engagement manager at McKinsey & Company based in Lagos and Nairobi. She begun her career as a process engineer in the US and Taiwan.

Anne serves on the board of Digital Divide Data, and on the Regional Advisory Board for Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. She holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA in Social Entrepreneurship from Duke University.

Stanley is a Partner at Sayuni Capital focused on structuring tailored financing solutions for underserved SMEs across East Africa. 

 

With over a decade of experience, Stanley was most recently Investment Manager at DOB Equity, responsible for deal sourcing and managing a portfolio of investments in Tanzania and Uganda. Before DOB Equity, Stanley advised institutional investors as a corporate finance advisor at Ernst & Young in Dar es Salaam, after completing his training as a chartered accountant in London. 

Roohi Shah is an investment associate at Sayuni Capital. She is passionate about driving innovation and fostering growth within the dynamic realm of African SMEs.

Roohi was previously the Strategic Finance Lead at Kobo 360, a prominent e-logistics firm in Africa. Prior to that she worked in the deal advisory team at KPMG, where she was part of a diverse array of transactions across various sectors in East Africa.
